Select any or all wax services on the face. (Hairline, forehead, eyebrows, ears, nose, cheeks, top & bottom lip, chin, jawline & neck.)
Cancellation Policy
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT (deposits are non- refundable, they will be applied towards the service total) REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR ZELLE!!!! PLEASE HAVE EXACT CHANGE FOR CASH PAYMENTS. 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD : Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment and you will loose your deposit. CANCELLATIONS : Must cancel within 48hrs prior to your appointment to be able to get your deposit back. RESCHEDULING : Must re-schedule 48hrs prior to your appointment to KEEP your deposit for the new scheduled appointment. Any rescheduling 47hrs of less prior to your appointment will require a new deposit for your new appointment. (Covid-19: Deposits can be refunded from cancellations and kept for rescheded date with a positive test result documentation) NO CALL/TEXT NO SHOW will result in never being able to book with us again. NO EXTRA GUESTS/KIDS LASH FILLS : Your lashes MUST be 50% full. If they aren't, you might need to be re-scheduled as timing would be an issue if there are other clients after the scheduled appointment was planned to end and we will now need more time to do your lashes.
